Our Woodlands Onboarding Process originates from our consistent frustration and the status quo within the Early Years Education Space and how the overall New Employee Inductions lacks depth, details, and the ability to ensure new educators and teachers can reach their Full Potential.
As a result of this frustration - we have set out to make it better. This is Woodlands; change is in the air.
Woodlands doesn't accept the status quo nor agree with the current induction provided to new employees by other companies, which is why we have set out to make an impact for the good of people who love and deliver education.
Our training is proven to provide YOU with the best ability to succeed and thrive at Woodlands; we are serious about education and how we train and induct new people to Woodlands. We hate micro-management and believe in a workplace filled with people who love teaching, know how to have fun, and celebrate success.
