It's really the people, educators, and teachers that makes Woodlands the kind of place it is, an exceptional Educational School. We recruit people teachers who are smart and determined, and we favour ability over experience. Although we are all different, we share common goals and vision for Early Years Education.

Think of Woodlands as a school and not a mere babysitting service. We are here to deliver learning and education for young children. Everything we do and every feature we add to our service must answer one question "will it make the experience better?" as a result, great isn't good enough. We need to set beyond-the-moon expectations and goals for ourselves, our children, and our parents.

You will be pushed to new limits and will need the ability to think quickly and move quickly, in other words, "agility thinking". At Woodlands, you will have accountability and be responsible for driving the Woodland Vision and Goals; in that time, you will grow and learn new incredible lessons along the way as long as you call Woodlands Home.

At Woodlands, there is no time for "I don't know" or "it's too hard". Open yourself to new challenges and discomfort; this is where opportunity is made, remove the limits, and hold on. Because that's the thing about limits, they'll exist where ever you place them, and we Woodlanders have placed ours beyond us.

Human beings make things unnecessarily complicated. Instead of drawing a direct line from point A to point B, they create 100 reasons why it is too hard, too tough, they construct distractions.
