You can use a template and write details under each learning outcome- this is on Playground, refer to image 1, you need to use professional educational language.
Write a story that is addressed to the child, which explains their achievements and what they have demonstrated over a period of time (every 6months), refer to image 2 and 3 this will be completed through playground under documents and please ensure the language you use, links to the framework.
Through Children's individual emerging portfolios. Write a summary of learning that is clear for you to see through the child's creations over the 6 month and what has been documented in the portfolios from the child's voice. This is for each child so they are able to share their learning with their families also. You should be able to see child working towards their goals and interests.
