What is reflection?
Reflective practice in early learning is about taking a step back and critically examining these experiences to better understand what happened and why and the National Quality Standard (NQS) promotes and supports educators to engage in reflective practice through self-assessment.
Reflecting on children's learning require a strong commitment to continuous improvement that will support children's learning long term and in a way that will really support and benefit each child's learning based on their abilities, strengths, and interests.
