Top Up Supplies (Monthly Checklist)
There is an airtable checklist that will be done monthly to ensure the checks are being recorded and the communication notes are transparent across the Campus Leadership teams.

Supplies Check:

Verify the expiry dates on all first aid items, highlight them.
Top up expired items, the expiry dates should be found on the bottom of the first aid items.
Ensure all items listed for emergency and excursion backpacks are present and in good condition.

Communication Notes:

Record any issues or discrepancies found during the check to the Campus Leadership team.
Communicate any missing or expired items to the Campus Leadership team.
