Keeping track of Kinder children.
Please ensure that the children you are entering into KIMS for the current year of Woodlands funded kinder are also on Airtable and have completed a kinder airtable form.
Both sites (KIMS + Airtable) should mirror the same information.
NOTE:
Please ensure you check the child's information is entered in correctly to not cause problems with the DET, for example. Check that the children's date of birth year is correct and children have been registered for the correct year of kinder. This can be checked through Xplor on the child's profile.
Checking that the information is correct on KIMS and on Airtable is the responsibility of the Educational Leader. The Campus Manager and Assistant Campus Manager.
