The Service Provider/Committee President (as signatory to the service agreement) is required to attend. You may include other staff as appropriate, such as the ECT/Centre Director/Service Director/other committee members (Secretary/Treasurer). DE Kindergarten Improvement Advisor, KIA Stephen Turner, may also attend.
FOPMF is an annual requirement as per the Service Agreement (Funded Kindergarten Program Service Plan) between your organisation and the Department.Β The aim of this meeting is to satisfactorily complete the checklists, listed below and attached for your review and gathering of evidence ahead of the meeting:
