Medication records.
Children's medication records can be found in three different places, however in all areas the data NEEDS to be the same. This is the 1st thing you need to checked and ensured the information is correct and up to date.
If and when a child is diagnosed with an Allergy, Anaphylaxis, Asthma or Eczema the Action plan needs to be delivered from the family given by their Medical practitioner.
NOTE: If children have expired medication, they are not to be in the service, they are able to return when the medication is updated and in date.
You are not to print out Action plans to use at the Campus, the action plans need to be given by the families general practitioner.
