Woodlands Internal KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)
The Woodlands Leadership team consisting of the (Campus Educational Leader, Assistant Campus Manager, and Campus Manager) at each Woodlands Campus is responsible for driving and working towards the below targets and maintaining these KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) in accordance with the Woodlands Values, Mission, and Vision.

1) Woodlands Campus Occupancy - Target %95

People easy associate occupancy with numbers, but with Woodlands this means so much more, we build our campuses and teams to provide world-class education to our children and families within the immediate area.

Our Teachers provide education programs they love and know.
Our Parents want their children to receive an education and can go to work.
Our Community benefits from the family being active members of their community.

2) Woodlands Campus Families Debt Target - Target Under $10,000

We aim to reduce our financial debt size as we, Woodlands being our team and people provide our children, families, and community with a superior educational experience that's powered financially, and is required to continue to power and provide these services to our children, families and community.

3) Woodlands Staff Satisfaction Ratings - Target 4 Stars

Our working environment is crucial to the success of the education and development program our teachers deliver and provide to our children, families, and community. Leadership is all about being willing to put yourself at risk (whether this be on the battlefield or in the board room), to ensure that those around you are looked after. This creates a circle of safety. This circle of safety is a natural instinct to create successful pride and herds. As humans, we have varying success.

4) Woodlands Families Satisfaction Ratings - Target - 4 Stars

It's easy not to care and to do the bare minimum when it comes to interacting with potential families wanting to enrol at Woodlands or existing families, "F--- THAT!!!, Yep I said it, I meant it, and I am here to represent it" at Woodlands we obsess over our children and families. Providing the best Early Years Educational Experince, which originates in two areas, 1) Education, and 2) Our Customer Experince and Interactions. This includes potential families, existing families, and even individuals that are not directly connected to Woodlands, for example, health workers, trainers, visitors, they all deserve respect, manners, and a great customer experince when interacting with Woodlands.

To Accomplish World Class Customer Experince:

"GET TO THE POINT" We all complain about it, but we’re all guilty of it at times as well. It’s the growing frustration with people’s inability to get to the point quickly in their communication. At Woodlands our Communications need to be Made Clear and to the Point.
We remain Humble, Helpful, and Approachable
We offer solutions, not dead ends, don't know the answer, source one and be helpful - "Human beings remember people that have helped them, even in the circumstances where there is no benefit or gain achieved for Woodlands, we remain humble and helpful to all individuals"

5) Woodlands Google Review Ratings - Target 50 Google Reviews Per Year

At Woodlands we understand the many benefits a child inherits when actively involved in our educational development programs, we celebrate these accomplished and the hard work we do through google testimonials, this allows parents to share their personnel gratitude to Woodlands and the specific teachers that have played a vital role in educating and developing their child. #celebrating the good
